The Best Smoothie Ever – No Guilt Added 🙂 
It tastes awesome & is actually good for you… Calcium & vitamins, yum!

These measurments are approximations based on my own experience… makes about 3 servings.

Strawberries (6)
Bananas (2)
Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt (1)
Skim milk (3 cups)
Vanilla Extract (2 tsp)
Splenda (4 packets)

Blend them according to your own taste (you can use 2 yogurts and only 1 cup of milk if you like it thicker).  You substitute any fruit (fresh or frozen) and any flavor of fat free yogurt.  You can replace the milk (or some of it) with fruit juice.  You could also experiment with sugar free chocolate syrup

I’ve found that it works best to blend the fruit with about 1 cup of milk first to make sure you don’t end up with big chunks.  Then add the yogurt & more milk until you get the consistency you like.
