  • 1 cup rolled oats

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients
  2. Form into balls
  3. Refrigerate
  4. Serve

Optional

Mix in:

  • Shredded coconut
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Raisins
  • Sesame seeds

Sprinkle with:

  • Powdered sugar
  • Chocolate milk powder (Nestle Quick)
  • Crushed cornflakes

Use low-fat peanut butter and nonfat dry milk for a low-fat snack
Add Benefiber to increase fiber content
Add whey protein powder to increase protein content
