Ingredients:
2 cups instant rice (prepared according to instructions)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions:
Mix rice and mushroom soup.
Heat through (in oven, microwave, stove top)

Variations

French Onion:
Mix dry onion soup mix with a tub of sour cream to make a French onion dip
Add a dollop of it to a serving of rice & mushroom soup.

Thai Peanut:
Add 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter to soup and rice along with 2 tsp curry powder and 4 tsp soy sauce.

Beef & Mushroom:
Brown 1/2 lbp ground beef, add canned or sauted mushrooms, mix with rice and soup.

Veggieful:
Add frozen corn, peas & carrots before warming the soup and rice.
