Ingredients:

  • 2 qts. Apple cider
  • 1 ½ qts. Cranberry juice cocktail
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 4 3-inch cinnamon sticks
  • ½ tsp. whole cloves
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients in a large kettle.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 15 minutes.
  • Remove cinnamon, cloves & lemon slices.
  • Serve hot.
