Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream soda
  • 1/3 cup butterscotch syrup
  • 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter

Directions:

  1. Measure butterscotch and butter into a 16 oz. glass
  2. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until syrup is bubbly and butter is completely melted
  3. Stir and cool for 30 seconds
  4. Mix cream soda and schnapps.
  5. Slowly add the schnapps/soda to the warm butterscotch. Mixture will fizz quite a bit
