A great way to use up leftover turkey!
Roasted turkey, cut into cubes
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cut milk
2 T minced parsley
1 t. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1/2 can of water or milk.
In a skillet over med. heat, melt the margarine and lightly brown the walnuts, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in rmilk, parsley & salt; heat.
To make the turkey walnut dish:
Heat all ingredients together and serve over toast or pasta
