Grease a casserole dish
Layer leftovers: stuffing, then turkey, mashed potatoes mixed with gravy, green bean casserole

Bake in a 350°F oven for 20-30 minutes

Brown 1/2 lb lean ground beef

Whip the 3 cups mashed potatoes in a mixer bowl to break them up
Beat in 4 eggs, 1/2 cup whipping cream, and 1 cup grated cheese until smooth.
Transfer to a buttered 1 quart soufflé dish, smooth the top, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup cold mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, and 1 egg until it forms a stiff dough.
Roll out dough on a floured board (as thick or as thin as you like).

Mashed Potato Egg Volcanoes
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Divide the mashed potatoes into individual baking dishes.
Make a deep well in the center of the mashed potatoes.
Crack an egg directly into each well.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Sprinkle cheese over each egg.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until eggs are done to your likeness.
Mashed Potato Rolls
1 pk Yeast
1/2 c Warm water
1 c Mashed potatoes
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
2/3 c Oil
1 c Milk; scalded
5 c Flour (up to 6)
Proof yeast in warm water and a bit of the sugar.
Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, salt, oil and milk.
Stir in yeast and enough flour to make a stiff dough.
Place in greased bowl and cover.
Can be stored up to 4 days.
Punch down and knead slightly.
Shape and let rise until doubled; bake 8 minutes at 400°.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
